Thanks 🙏 I don’t know why people add oil since it looks like if you blend it long enough the seeds turn creamy on its own.

hi how long does this keep a) in the fridge and b) without refrigeration in a humid envt?

The video was cut, how can we know you didn't add any oil. A natural tahini paste doesn't looks as liquidy as yours so it seems you added oil, most likely...
