Today on Booze On The Rocks, I show you how to make an easy Hot Chocolate Recipe and cocktails to have with it. This is one of the best Hot Chocolate Recipes I have made. It's simple, easy and creamy. And you can adjust it to your preferences. I have also made four Cocktails to go with it for you to try. The Green Chaud, The Ski Lift, the Peppermint Patty and the Amazing Monk. I have even made some homemade whipped cream to go with it. Try this out, and let me know what you think.

GREEN CHAUD
.5 oz/15 ml Green Chartreuse
6 oz/180 ml Hot Chocolate *
Method
1. Build in glass in order of ingredients.
2. Garnish with a Large Marshmallow and flame it.
SKI LIFT
.75 oz/22.5 ml Coconut Rum
.75 oz/22.5 ml Peach Schnapps
5.5 oz/165 ml Hot Chocolate *
Method
1. Build in glass in order of ingredients.
2. Garnish with Whipped Cream ** and grated Cinnamon.
PEPPERMINT PATTY
1.5 oz/45 ml Crème de Menthe
5.5 oz/165 ml Hot Chocolate *
Method
1. Build in glass in order of ingredients.
2. Garnish with Whipped Cream ** and Chocolate Syrup.
AMAZING MONK
1 oz/30 ml Frangelico
.5 oz/15 ml Kahlua
5.5 oz/165 ml Hot Chocolate *
Method
1. Build in glass in order of ingredients.
2. Garnish with Mini Marshmallows.
* Hot Chocolate
5 oz/150 g Bakers Semi Sweet Chocolate
5 Tbsp/65 g Powdered Cocoa
3 Tbsp/45 ml Honey or Maple Syrup
5 Cups/400 ml Milk
Method
1. Add all ingredients except chocolate into the sauce pan.
2. Heat until hot and whisk to incorporate all ingredients.
3. Once the mixture reaches the required heat, add the chocolate.
4. Whisk until completely incorporated.
** Whipping Cream
4 oz/120 ml Whipping Cream
2 cubes/5 g Sugar
1 Tsp/5 ml Vanilla Extract.
Method
1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
3. Mix until mixture reaches your preferred texture.
