I'm planning on getting my locs back with the skinny 2 strand twist method how often should I get them washed n retwisted

Retwist at least minimum 1 month to even a few months if you want. When it comes to washing in the first to 2nd and 3rd month every 2 - 4 weeks. Later on you can wash much more frequently. When first washing use a durag or wash cap to minimise unravelling

Hi vinny I've started my son's dreds by just coing his hair with my fingers. But my question is this...he has a lot of them but there's maybe 8 of them that are just not twisting at the root they're twisted and locking just not at the root. How can I fix that?
