Just started on Saturday. I seen pics of diamond parts and when I thought about doing it myself. That's what I went with and had them done by a loctician. It's a crispy look.
I have the diamond part braids getting ready to lock my hair up but I thought mine was not going to look right because I couldn’t find anyone with the diamond parts im glad i found your video🔥🔥🔥
I'm loving the diamond parts! I combed my locs out from being 2 yrs locced and eventually shaved my sides and cut my middle low but I am regrowing my middle section and plan to restart my locs with diamond parts!
I got the diamond parts 💎 almost locked in its been 2 months since I started. I had the braids but I switch to dreads cause I found my older brother after years of not seeing him and he got dreads and we both from the Midwest so I had to🤷🏿♂️ Preciate u for the videos Vin 💯 u deserve more subscribers fasho
For 10 Years I've Had The Square Parts, And I Hated The Look Of That Parting System. But I Have The Random Freestyle Parts Now That I'm On A New Loc Journey.
I got the rectangle/square ones. Those triangle ones and diamond ones are dope too. If I had a choice, I would’ve went with triangle. I didn’t know about those. Thanks fir the video
Went with the grab and go method, but i didn't have much of a choice my hair was too short at the time and that was the only way...anyways 8months in and loving it
im getting my hair loc'd next week & i loooooove the diamond parting. i'll settle for the triangles too tho. i can't WAIT! 😊🤗 i love my natural hair... its been maybe 7-8 years, but it's a job & im tired. lol 💎🔐 i usually box braid my hair, so locs won't be too much of a difference i think ... i hope.
I want diamond parts but the lady I'm going to in a few days said she doesn't recommend cause it looks weird IN HER OPINION when it's styled 😑😑😑. I saw some styles with it and that's why I loved it. She ruin my whole vibe but tbh I still want it.
For my box braids I got diamonds but switching to locs I got randoms. I feel like unless you want ultra skinny dreads, which require small precise parts, it doesn't matter what kind of parts you have.
I got the triangle parts 🔼🔽🔼🔽🔼 I started with braids like 6 months ago but now I'm switching them to locs with the crochet method on my tips so I can get rid of the rubberbands (I need a new growth retwist or interlocking soon too 😬) I actually have a video on youtube about the day I got my braids 😎 hahaha. Shout out to the whole locka gang 🔒💯
My first set were randoms and a bit like yours; maybe slimmer. Now I have a grid pattern and they seemed to be longer and thicker in a shorter amount of time. Full set as well. But those triangles are some heat 🔥.
I have crescent parts which is probably just another name for random parts but i think i really want square because i know that it’s good for styling. I just hit 1 month loc’d and im not sure if it’s worth taking them out and getting them parted differently
starting my locs saturday, not to sure on which parting system but im feeling random just because i think i’ll like my dreads out and they will be a different width
@@VinnyMatthews the diamonds and triangles are sick too when they fresh or you wearing a dope style. Gonna start my locs next month just waiting for my hair to grow a little more 🔒
Hey I have a question. I'm starting my locs using 2 strand twists and it's going well but the roots of my hair start to puff up almost immediately after Im done with a section and I don't want to use rubberbands. How do I fix this?
@@knattydej it’s new growth ya hair always growing ... they can always do different part designs with the new growth .. if you had the same parts then ya hair must never grow 😂
I’m going to be starting my Locs soon (August) and I’ll be getting the diamond loc system for my Locs. But I have to ask can anyone get this parting system or is it only for women? Because I want to show less scalp exposure when I get them
I cut off all my hair back in August because I knew I wanted locs and I knew I wanted to start out with my hair at it's healthiest.. I'm about 3 inches in and I'm about to get my hair done on Wednesday. To me once you have enough hair to where it won't unravel, do it. I've seen people with way kids hair than I do. Their only issue is unraveling.
