I made this today and is the best recipe I have tried, I used olive oil and I measured in grams and as recomended don't overmix at the end, heat and timing for oven spot on. I got 11 muffins. Many thanks!

Just baked these muffins and like most comments added a teaspoon of cinnamon and it turned out great! Was a little sweet for my dad (most probably because my bananas were practically black) but it was just perfect for me! Thank you for this recipe!!☺️

Just made these and yes!! finally after trying so many banana muffin recipes this turned out so nice!, easy, fast, simple, recipe ! Not much dishes haha and the muffins look so good and the recommended time and note are perfect my muffins are perfectly cooked I added some peanut butter an choc chips in some of the muffins and the rest as they are super gooooood!

Just made this with melted butter and oh gosh it turnt out so good....really love the crispy outer edges if the muffin and it’s not too sweet...just perfect...thank you for the recipe you guys should try ut out❤️

Tried it last night, was short of banana so just added 2 and added half wheat flour and half maida. It still turned out so amazing and so fluffy and soft and amazing taste, one of the best banana cakes. Also I didn't use muffin tray rather baked a cake at 180° for 30 min. It was so tasty. Than you so much for sharing such an amazing recipe . And the best part is that you don't need to add butter and use the electric mixer. Thank you once again.

I used this as a base recipe and added an extra half a banana, some nutmeg and cinnamon and about 1/2 cup of chopped toasted walnuts. it was great! Thanks for sharing this easy to make banana muffin.

really easy to do and it comes out moist and fluffy. I added 1 tsp of cinnamon. Next time I will try with some brown sugar and butter instead of oil for a more deep flavor. Thanks for the recipe it taste pretty good.

Just finished eating one that I made - Excellent! My variations: I put a spoonful of batter into each and broke up pecan pieces and put them in each cup. Then I put more batter in, then broke more pecan pieces on top. I also sprinkled a TINY bit of brown sugar on top. Mine were done in 17 minutes in a 340 degree oven. I used butter, not oil. I also used brown sugar, instead of white (didn't have white, and with the quarantine, didn't want to go to the store). I was going to make banana bread, but only had 1 1/2 cups flour, and all the UTube recipes for bread used two cups of flour. Thanks for the recipe! Stay well everyone, and WASH your Hands!

Made these tonight. For anyone wanting to know what mine were like. They were extremely moist. You could almost describe them as doey. Not the texture I imagined I imagined more of a light bready kind of texture. I dont mean bread but I know what I'm trying to say lol. Over all I really liked them. You can taste the banana alot so dont make these if you only want a mild hint of it. Also they smell incredible. Deffo something to have cooking when you have guests coming over. And got rid of 3 spotty bananas. Result.

My family has an orchard that has 3 banana plantains so we often get a lot of bananas and they always overripe before we could even finish them all. This is a great way to repurpose them

İ made it today. İ put some dates instead of sugar as İ don't consume artificial sugar. And used 1 tsp cinnamon instead of vanilla. It turned out quite tasty but I think with sugar it would taste a lot better.

I made with 2 cups of flour and 6 bananas (had frozen bananas in my freezer to use up) used dark brown sugar as well. It was the most scrumptious banana cup cake I ever made. Soo moist and fluffy! Have to make it again next week 👌👍
