Everyome always said to me "why are you sleeping so early" or "why do you sleep sooo much". Finally, someone talks about this. For me, 7-8 hours of sleep makes me feel so tired. I need 9-10 hours to feel relaxed and productive.

How do you sleep early? I don't have that choice. That's what living in dorms do to you. Getting single room suites are also ridiculously hard.

notes for myself to apply: 1) wake up at an optimal time >waking up a few minutes before sunlight is ideal for me because it feels so peaceful hearing the world waking up the birds chirping etc but that also means i get to go to bed early to get enough sleep 2)set a seperate alarm clock > i already do this but wşth my ipad instead, it doesnt have any social media apps and connection to the internet before i turn on the tv so i can wake up 3) get sunlight > after lunch go for a 15 min walk around 4) PHONE USAGE ahh > focus apps > turn it off while working 5) get into your peak productivity window asap >yeah this hits me close to home becausw no matter how motivated and ready to focus i feel when i wake up if i dont get things done asap and let all the outside noise get in my brain i have a really low chance to focus and work > sit down and focus for 90 mins right after breakfast before consuming any content

It feels illegal being this early but its the perfect timing! Im done with my exams and its summer break but i now im trying to set up a healthy routine to live my free days to theirs fullest! And we all know that the morning is what sets the tone of the day, thanks for the inspring content Jun :)

My summer vacation is also going on and I don't sleep till 1:00am and wakes up at 5 am to do my work 😅 idk what's going on but it seems good to me

This video was actually very helpful to me. I always sleep until noon, and then I feel exhausted, and I don't have the strength to do anything... I always work at night, because it makes it easier for me to concentrate, but now I realize that I can't live with such a schedule. I go to sleep at 2 am and wake time is 7 am but I wake up by myself at 6 am and feel sleepy all day no matter what I do... What should I do? But sometimes my schedule works perfectly

For me, i figured out something that worked really well to set my mind optimal as soon as the day begins. As a studen, it is to read my biology lessons. In biology you'll find the most perfect reasoning of all classes (in my opinion). What i do is i read those lessons full of causality relations and correlations early in the morning, and i can swear there's no such a feeling to be able to think properly, to reason as much as this. I think it helps identifying concepts and how they're related to each others, whether it is like i said causality or not. In fact, i noticed that in these days, i had: -more confidence (i didn't only look strong, i was strong) -more ability to focus (after that everything seems so easy) -more sociability (i'm such an awkward guy with no confidence except when i do so) Overall it's really uplifting to make progress in a path that you chose. Not only it boosts your productivity by giving u confidence but it also gets you to appreciate life more, as you won't worry for things you don't wanna think of, you'll just jump in and solve those problems as soon as you see them. Remains one problem for me, HOW TF DO I WAKE UP MORE TIRED THAN WHEN I GO TO BED?!? I have that kind of issue along with severe fatigue attacks the whole day... If anyone can help me i'd su-, ehm i mean i'd appreciate it ♥️

1) Practical wake up time -5.00 amnot necessary 2) have a separate alarm clock 3) Get sunlight 4) Limiting phone use 5) Get into productivity peak fast(90-180 min) 6)Keep it extremely simple

hey! i am a really great fan of your content. I just dicovered you not much long ago, but i am greateful i did. There is some problem that i am having that i would like to share with you. I am scared of studying. I dont know why? But I am so scared that sometimes it gives a panick attack. This eventually leads to me to procastinate. But then i feel guilty and keep procastinating. I dont even use social media that much nor i want to. But i just cant bring myself to. I have a week left until i return to my residential school. I was supposed to complete a set of task before that but I couldn't and that just ads to my fear. I have no idea what to do. I hope you can help me with this. Though even if you don't i am really greatefull i found you!

Hi Jun, I hope you are well and congratulations for your graduate ♥️ I know that your content is about smart study tips, and my question is far from that, but I suffer from an addiction to pornogr@phy and m@sturbation. As a Christian, I know that it is so wrong and I want to repent for it, but every time I repent and regret it, I return to the same thing again, and I do not know how to get rid of this restriction forever. I live in a conservative country, and this is a very bad thing for us and a great shame, so I do not have the courage to tell my family or even go to a psychologist in this matter. I have become very distracted, I hate myself, I feel disgusted with it, I feel ashamed when someone is proud of me or something I did, I feel like they are just deceived by me and that they should not be happy for me. i used to have the same problem but now i don't face those anymore. the actions i took were ; i) 321 method ( when ever i was daydreaming, i used to count 321 and do the work that i needed to without any second thought) ii) met with my friends and give myself a break from all those works and grind,etc hope this helps and have the attitude that " if its attainable by any human then you can do it "and never give up the good work

#HELP I have significant apprehension about my studies. I often feel that I am not made for studying and worry I won't be able to continue. Although I know I must study to live an independent life, I struggle because I am a slow learner and dislike studying. I find it hard to sit for long periods, complete topics on time, and I have a phobia of exams. It takes me several days to finish one chapter, while others complete it in much less time. I need constant help from tutors but cannot afford their high fees, and there are no coaching centers for B.A. students in India. I feel dependent on tutors and doubt my ability to succeed without them. Can you help me improve my mindset and suggest ways to overcome my dependency on tutors? I need to develop better study habits and routines.
