- 1 large loaf of ready-made lavash with a diameter of 30 cm (can also be pita bread or tortilla)
- 500 g of royal champignons
- 2 onions
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of grated mozzarella
- 80 ml of cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
