Ingredients:
For Sauce Mixture:
1/3rd Orange Juice
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Chili Flakes
1 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Water or Chicken Stock
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
For Frying:
1lb Chicken Breast - Cut into small cubes
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Corn Starch
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Cup Oil
For final mixing:
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Minced Ginger
Green Onion and Sesame Seeds for Garnish
