I love this recipe, however mine seems to never double in size, I don't think I am putting it in a dry non ventilated area, but I really am not to sure what a dry non ventilated area would be, I stuck it on top of my fridge the 1st 2 times and on the counter the 3rd time and in a cabinet the 4th time but it never seems to double in size can someone please give an example of where I might try to put it
