I had lunch at my aunts today and she made this for me. I have never had this before and it's something I wouldn't usually go to but it was so good! I'm here so I can make it! So good.
Lol your son really sold me on it. My brother in law is from Turkey and makes a tomato, onion, cucumber, olive oil, with lemon juice salad and that is so delicious. I also love Pico de gallo. You can never go wrong with tomatoes amd onions. I will definitely have to try this. Thank you for sharing!

My family is not crazy about raw onion so I cut the onions the night before and soak them overnight in the salad dressing. Softens the onion flavor and keeps everyone happy. Your son knows how to get “the perfect bite”! 😉

OMG! My mouth was watering watching you make this salad. And that homemade salad dressing looks SO YUMMY !! I will FOR SURE be making this salad this week and having it with a steak. This is one of my favorite salads in the summer. I add cucumbers and shallot instead of red onion. I also salt and drain the tomatoes in a colander and then you can add the tomato juice to your dressing. I also toast my cubes way longer. That way they stay crunchy oa bit longer in the dressing. I’m definitely going to try your dressing though it looks delicious
natasha....there's another way of making crutons. Cut them up, like u did. Put some butter in the pan, the bread in and swirl it around for a few minutes. They taste great.
