Super cool vids! Length is as long as it should be, without any water or stupid jokes! I wish all blender content makers teach from you of how their tutvids should be. If you'd keep it up - youd be at the very top. Thank you!
it looks so great!. This is the kind of videos that i was looking for to decide which software to learn, quixel or substance. As a industrial designer wanting to share my projects with hiper realistic detail, i think this was the perfect video to understand that i can achieve that level of detail with blender (the software that i use to render). I hope to see more videos from you soon.
Sabrina, your texture map and 3D surface work in general is ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THIS WORLD, INCREDIBLE!!! HOOOOOOW are you getting these insane results?!?? Are you doing all this texture work and surface/UV mapping work in Blender or are you using Substance or some other program?! I looked at your work on your Instagram page and your models are some of the most mind-bendingly realistic looking models I've EVER SEEN!!!
Hi Sabrina, Can you make a detailed course or youtube videos for the Gameboy, like a series course? , It will be paid, of course, check Skillshare or Domistika as a platform for this course. you can put the open files on Pateron or smth else. overall I love your work so much and want to learn more from you. thnx :)
figured it out!! if you give the cube a material, go down to the "ALPHA" setting at the bottom, just under the "EMISSION STRENGTH" and turn the ALPHA all the way down!

I can't seem to get the material texture to show up on the particles...how are you seeing it at 3:15? I'm trying to set a looping video as the texture to a bunch of planes as particles. I was able to attach a video to a plane but it doesn't loop and the plane doesn't seem to attach to the particles so I'm stuck. Unless I'm just not looking at the view correctly? Thank you for getting me started though!
at 2:26 after I set the "render as" the sphere object, all the floating balls become wireframe and wonder how you make them solid again at 2:29, thank you.
That might be because your particle domain object is set to display as wireframe and not as solid in the "viewport display" section in the "object properties" tab, the particles themselves inherit this setting from the domain object so changing that setting when you're ready to render should fix it, do let me know if this works!
@@sab3d When I return my domain to solid in the object properties tab my domain renders (cycles) as solid and blocks lighting. Do I need to create my scene within the domain?
I ask escpelly for the cavity mask - i had to model it from one pour to apply the dirt, wouldn't do it with my skillrange. Or maybe you can point out one hardsurface modeller who do it like that.
Im kind a confuse :"D can i know? how u change the particle from mesh into solid and make the cube gone? Cuzz im kind a lost at minute 2:28 into 2:29 Thx u....
You can use the start and end settings of your particle simulation to set when the particles should start and stop appearing, just make sure the lifetime setting is set to be high enough so that they don't disappear mid-way into the animation
