I decided to start today. I loss my mother to cancer last month and it really broke my heart. During this time of grief and healing I want to do it in a positive manner as well as stay the course with pursing my dream & getting much closer to God.
I'm so so sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my parents in 2017, and it has been one of the hardest things I've ever experienced. I am praying that the Lord comforts you and gives you peace as you move through your grief. And please allow yourself to grieve. It's important to really feel and go through the emotions even though it's so hard and painful. Do it with the Lord, so He can help you heal. Remember the Lord promises that He will heal us and bind up our wounds. He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Keep seeking Him and allow Him into the pain to help you face it. I'm praying for you today 💕
Thank you!! I’ve seen the most complicated things on RU-vid, all under the guise of “simple”. Trust me there is nothing “simple “ about most of them. I use an 8-9 in black notebook with plastic dividers in it. That’s it…stuck some peanuts stickers on the front for fun. The important part isn’t the notebook or what have you, it’s the praying part anyway.
