Quick version of chilli oil🇬🇧❤️🇲🇺
3 tbs crushed chilli
3 tbs very fine chilli
2 tbs chopped garlic
1 tbs crushed ginger
1 tbs sugar
Salt to taste
2 tbs dark soya sauce
1 tbs vinaiger
2 bay leaves
2 stuck cinnamon
1 tbs sesame seeds
2 star aniseed
6-7 cardamon
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups of oil.
I keep the rest of the oil so when I make salad or rougae poisson sale/ chevrette, I get to use it (tasty)
