May I suggest pulling back the chicken skin and seasoning under the skin. Hold skin on with toothpicks after you season. Put sprigs of herbs 🌿🌿 and maybe some thin sliced garlic under the skin. The kitchen smells like heaven. The sauce is nice on some linguine. Love the addition of the shallots. And you're right, Reynolds wrap heavy duty makes clean up a breeze. MMM MMM MMM. @@TatyanasEverydayFood Hi again Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. I also like to do it with a 1/2 chicken and I split the breast lengthwise to the tender and fill it with any kind of stuffing you like. Leave a little bit on each end of the chicken breast. Then pull the skin back and secure with toothpicks. Makes an interesting presentation for guests.
