Dear Kevin, you are such a lovely person. I am watching your videos for sometime now but I have never dare to write a comment because my mother language is Greek and I am not so good in English so please forgive me for any mistakes. I love your personality and the way you are presenting your recipes. I am sure that needs a lot of hard effort to accomplish one video ready to be sent out to us. Thank you so much. I love also your sense of humor and whenever I feel down or sad I am watching 5 or 10 of your videos 🥰🥰🥰🥰 I would like also to confess that through your videos I have improved my English. You are talking nicely and clear and my ears are always open to hear every single word you are saying. Sometimes I feel that you are so closed to me that I want to give you a big warm hug to thank you. If you ever visit our island Cyprus in Mediterranean sea I will make you a nice Greek breakfast 🥰 Warm regards, Anastasia
Great idea and I love that it's not complicated. Have you ever seen a grapefruit knife? They have serated edges on both ends which makes it easy to cut the flesh away from the rind and way more eater-friendly lol!
Looks like a winner! Breakfast for dinner! I have made pancakes with Greek yogurt before. Will have to try cottage cheese. When people can't think of what to make for dinner, they should make breakfast.♥️
You could make Mr. Fox Danish blueberry soup with cardamom shooter. If you served it in a bowl it could ruin your bed linen. Or chocolate chip brioche French toast. Home fries! And maybe a salty dog if he drinks vodka!
You truly instill that it is important to be thankful for our blessings but equally important to be a blessing. All of your gestures of love and kindness are inspiring.
I say again!!! How lucky Mr. Fox is having a so lovely partner like you who is supposed to have got up early in the morning to prepare a delicious breakfast. I have never have had a so romantic partner! Greetings !
So beautiful and elegant... never heard of cottage cheese pancakes, so will try this after getting some. I have been checking out the self rising flour, but am scared of the one by Pillsbury...it is bleached and has strange sounding ingredients. Is yours Pillsbury? I know that there are foodstuffs on the eastern side of the USA that we never heard of here. Like, fluffernutter etc. Thank you for sharing this wonderful breakfast ♡ P.S.: There's no way this beautiful tray would make it upstairs intact with all that liquid, if I had to carry it.
Thank you so much for this video! You ALWAYS inspire and motivate me. How important is it to show love and care to those important and treasured people in our lives, as well as showing ourselves some much needed love. Thank you again for making this great video for us. Thank you for all that you do. Much love to you and yours. 🙏🏻😊💖
Thank you ! My husband is diabetic and carbs raise his blood sugar levels. He avoids foods that might have too many carbs. I will make these pancakes real soon.
I am watching this a little later than usual however happy Valentine's Day Kevin to you and Mr. Fox! I hope you both enjoyed your day that was a lovely gesture and I'm sure Mr. Fox appreciated it! Your tray looked wonderful and so delicious thank you for a great recipe and for making me smile 💕🥂💕😊
I treated myself to breakfast in bed this morning. I'm off from work today, so I had the extra time to make yeast waffles. I actually mixed up the batter the day before and popped it into the fridge to rise and ferment for 12 hours. The waffles were wonderful and easy to make this morning.
Happy Valentine's Day Kevin & Mr. Fox 💕 What a lovely breakfast. Kevin you are ever the romantic! I see it in your cooking and your passion for antiques & gardening and even in your house cleaning! I have cottage cheese in the refrigerator and hope to have enough for both those pancakes and a bread. Today is also our wedding anniversary. We got married on one of the coldest Valentine's day EVER! Everyone was asking me about my choice of wedding dress. I said, "What dress?" It was below zero and windy! We had to travel from the farm to the church. I chose a pair of dress, black evening slacks with a gorgeous cream satin blouse. It had a scarf type tie at the neck that could be made into a bow or left long. My evening cardigan was a tightly crocheted dark gold bolero--style jacket, shot with gold thread. Simple, but elegant. The people attending sang to us as our musicians played, "Love Lift Us Up Where We Belong". And today in New Hampshire is another repeat day of freezing temperatures! I applaud your thoughtfulness and attention to detail. I always say that God is in the details. As for me, my passions run to jourmalism, four years of art and just the romantic side or everything, especially Vintage antique restoration. I can see your soul is in that house! Have a wonderful, relaxing day ~ Diane
Low carb? Any kind of grain flour is not considered "low carb"....and orange juice has one of the highest sugar content you can select...this is why when a diabetic on a rare occasion, suffers a bout of LOW blood sugar, a doctor will recommend the person drink a glass of orange juice....it typically raises the blood sugar again....Maple syrup has lots of sugar (which has a carb count..... I am finding that a lot of the dishes you make, although wonderful, are very high in carbs and many times, unhealthy choices like soy, grains, including rice...and portions of pasta, and starchy vegetables are used. Lots of desserts and sweets are often present too. I find your videos entertaining, your home, beautiful, as well as your gardens, but also feel kind of unhappy for you in that you mention "Mr. Fox", but he never seems to be around....or home. Even cooking show personalities have family in their shows, occasionally....or gatherings shown....Nigella Lawson shows her family/children, and gatherings with friends, etc.... Ina Garten does as well....LOL! Even Paula Deen.... You set the table for other guests....or one other guest....but we never actually see others enjoying your food! You do the gardening? You do the grocery shopping? You do the house cleaning, etc. and Mr. Fox is either always gone, or upstairs watching something on TV !?!?! It's sort of like when little girls have make-believe tea parties with imaginary friends, (at least they have stuffed animals.) Really glad that you have your sweet dog to keep you company! I really DO hope that there actually IS a "Mr. Fox" and that he's kind to you.
