Everyone loves rye bread. It is delicious and very healthy. Do you think it's impossible to make rye bread at home? Check out this recipe, super easy to cook. I guarantee you will fall in love with this bread.

Ingredients for rye bread:
Step 1: revitalize the bread starter: add 50 g of rye flour and 50 ml of water at room temperature to the starter. Then leave at room temperature for 8-12 hours.
Step 2: Add 200 ml of water to 100 g of starter culture and stir to dissolve the starter culture in water. Then add 150 g of rye flour and mix too. Cover this mixture and leave for 12-24 hours at room temperature.
Step 3: Add 200 ml of water to the dough and mix. Then add 2 tsp salt and mix. At the end, add 300 g of rye flour and knead the dough with a spoon. Cover the dough and leave for 1 hour.
Then we give the dough the shape of a bread and leave it for proofing for 2-3 hours (maybe more), depending on the temperature in your kitchen.
As soon as you see the cracked surface of the dough, you can start baking.
We bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 240 degrees, then reduce the heat to 200 degrees and leave for another 40 minutes.
Leave the finished bread to cool for 8-12 hours and then Enjoy!
