Costco should pay you for this, I just wanted to put water filter and because I knew it all so I thought after watching your video I knew so little about this new machine I was about to treat it like the old ones. Lol, thanks very kind of you to say, I appreciate the comment. Just a note, your frustration should be directed at Keurig, not Costco. Keurig is trying to go paperless so they're bothering to add instructions in their boxes anymore. They want you to go to their website - another way to get traffic to their website lol😉

When I tell you how frustrated I became trying to figure out why this filter would not fit into the unit uuggg.. The instruction booklet said nothing about removing the little gray handle neither did it mention removing the inside base from the unit. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for this video.

Before you, I made two attempts using how-to videos and ended cussing and vowing to bring the ******** coffeemaker back to the store. Thank you so so much for this video! The instructions that came with the coffee maker were absolutely useless and unhelpful! They were written for someone who has used the coffee maker hundreds of times, but for a first-time user, they left me utterly confused. For this coffee maker model I believe that the user should remove the orange plug piece as the plug will prevent the spray effect and will only pour from the center spout.
I think you are right. I followed the instructions that came with it. But now I see. The red plug should be removed only for this model to allow for full 5 point multi-stream outpour. Thank you very much for clearing it up.

I'm on my third machine in seven years. Remembering when I saw the first Keurig machine a long, long time ago I thought it was novel and a little like witchcraft. 😉 However, being on my third machine I'm finding that no two Keurig coffee makers are exactly alike. It's like I had to take a refresher course in setting it up and using it. Then there was the tension over whether or not an off-brand pod would work (it did). Also I had to reassess the fluid ounce size to the cup(s) or mug(s) I typically use. The last machine had only the Small, Medium and Large icons to select when the lid was closed. For the past two years I was using the medium icon which I believed was dispensing ten ounces. On this new machine ten ounces nearly overflowed my double-walled insulated Lenox Butterfly Meadow travel mug so I had to select eight ounces for the second cup. Live and learn.

I have this model. It’s on my study desk in my room. It keeps me good company what I am doing my schoolwork late at night after work. Even have an espresso clock on my wall that tells me it’s OK to have coffee at any hour of the day. 😁☕️☕️
This is fantastic having a video with the very important steps to getting started and using the K-Suspreme Plus, but I really want to stress a point to Keurig. All of this detail should have come with the instructions in the box! There is nothing in the book that shows what the long plastic device and the bags were for and how to put them in the machine, as you showed on your video. Thank you! But! All if your instructions here should have been in the book too. The ultimate temperature for making coffee is 195°F. It is very cool this Keurig has 3 temperature settings. My question is, “What are those 3 temperature settings? Why are they not in the book of instructions?” Maybe this is not the right place to state some of my frustration but keurig needs to make better instructions that come with the machine. Thank you.

@@MeemReviews once I got my machine running, the first thing I did was tested the temperature of the water as it was dripping or perking, because your cup will drop the temperature down. I’m the high temperature I got 180°F. Of course I want my coffee hot in my cup but the most important part I was concerned about was the temperature of the water while perking because you can’t extract the full flavour unless it is at least 195° temperature. I just have to drink my coffee quicker before it gets too cold. Lol! Either way I love the machine.
Just bought this unit . Became frustrated because instructions were so vague, or I am just mentally challenged🤷♂. Couldn't figure out the filter adapter! This video was excellent tutorial. Thank You!!

Great video thank you. I’m pretty sure you remove the red insert when using with 5 point needle coffee makers. This way the coffee get saturated with water evenly. The red insert is to be used with single needle coffee makers. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks again
Yes, you're right. When I made this video last year I followed the instructions that came with the KCUP, but after using it for a while, it made sense to remove the insert for this model.

Thank God for this great video. Got a new machine from Costco and NOWHERE in the instructions was there ANY MENTION of the water filter. I followed the instructions, brewed the first cup and I am wondering "what are these extra parts?" Would it have been so hard to mention it? Thanks very much for this very high quality video!
Thank you for the detailed video. I just bought a K-Supreme and NO WHERE in the instructions does it tell you to push up from the bottom to remove the K cup adapter! My other Keurig does not require this. 🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂

I just exchanged this machine for another one like it because I had a problen with water flowing back and would trickle into my cup with coffee grounds. I'm hoping this one doesn't do the same but if it does then I will return it again and look for something better. Also thank you for the instructions on the filter! Keurig should have explained how to set it up. I had no clue what to do with it because the picture on the box shows it without and had no instructions.

You're welcome. Just a note, since this video is a couple of years old now and at the time the Keurig instructions were not updated for this model with 5 needles. But remember to remove the red silicone plug. so that all 5 needles can extract coffee.
Thank you so much for this detailed video! Ours came with the piece that goes on the bottom of the water filter missing and we were wondering if that’s what how it was supposed to be. We washed all the pieces and the filter cartridge only to find out that we have to send it back 😡

I greatly appreciated your review of this machine. I watched another one and yours was much better quality. I like how you pay attention to the background and the settings of your machine, it makes a difference. I would recommend that you use an instant read thermometer leaving the thermometer in the coffee cup while the water is running out, it makes a big difference. Even with my five year old Keurig it comes out at 180°. Keep posting these excellent reviews I have subscribed to your channel. Joseph
