The best atmosphere on RU-vid food related channel by far! Nothing extra needed but only honest everyday cooking done with style.

This is another beautiful cook, looks spectacular. I’m quite fond of using the Weber rotisserie attachment. It’s always a beautiful cook.

Crispy skin is one of the good things about chicken. That chicken looks great. Cheers, Ry! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️

Ahhh that looks so good! Always happy when I find out you've uploaded a new video! Love chicken, love the seasoned skin and I see you're a man of culture as well: thigh meat is the best (but my favorite piece is always the flat, two boned, part of the wing 😊)

I appreciate your content! I bought the Malory M1 based on your recommendation. It's fantastic!! How do you get such great heat control on your kettle?
@CookingWithRy

The Malory Firewall also helps, but really it’s just trial and error getting used to the conditions and your kettle.

I’m not sure. Someone gave them as a gift years ago. Any sturdy pair will work well 😊

Did you put the chicken in a bag? Then put it in the refrigerator overnight. Or did you leave it uncovered?

Uncovered on the tray.

And of coarse. I look outside and it is raining. Unfortunately I have no cover to cook under.😠😥

Do you find seasoning under the skin of value?
@CookingWithRy

I prefer a brief wet brine to rubbing under the skin.
