1 cup Sourdough Starter
1/3 cup Buttermilk or Milk (might need extra)
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
6-8 TBSP Very Cold Butter, Very Cold Bacon Fat/Drippings or a Combination of the two
Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of your biscuits.
*before baking, you can brush the tops with melted butter or buttermilk, to help them brown.
