Easy steps for Fried Bammy 

I found this yesterday and made them today. Was not too bad. We soaked it in milk for a few hours 🇯🇲🇯🇲

Always soaked mine in coconut milk as well. But I never new I was to dry it before the frying. Lol. Also, I've never tried it with sugar. Trying this method as morning light👏 Thank yoy

I've never added sugar but Danzii's Recipes on here recommended a little nutmeg and that was a hit. I'll try it with the sugar and nutmeg next time. Thanks for sharing.
