I always get tension headaches, and they feel like they have been happening almost daily lately. I did all these stretches first thing this morning and wow! I am so tense! This is now my daily morning stretches. Thank you!
The importance of the length of the stretch becomes so clear with some of these. I can do 20secs of the Levator Scapulae (sp?) one, and feel nothing. Then at 26 there's just a HOT wave that goes from my shoulder down my arm and it feels so relaxing when I get out of the stretching position. I did 3 sets of that, and as I looked back at the laptop screen, my vision had improved within those 3mins that I did it, since I've been having tension and migraine type vision disturbances for a long time now. Thanks Doctor.. I was suffering from tension head ache so long and this helped. Still I could feel some tense around jaw, face muscles and in middle of head hope this gets cured soon with the provided exercises.. Pls suggest if I have to do any additional exercises along with this.
