No dogs here but one of my 20 lb cats decided to lay on my stomach when I was done 🤬 There's 2 n not obese heavy, just large males 😂 If I didn't lose my 5lb Chihuahua (RIP lil girl) she would've slept on my stomach the whole time 😔 I could handle the 5lbs A LOT easier
Unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different. If there is any way you can see a physical therapist in person, they should be able to help.
God Bless you. I been in pain for years and undiagnosed. I can't tell you how many tests and medications I've been on for years because no one could figure out what I have. These stretches have helped me out like you wouldn't believe. Thank you

Thanks! Unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different. I do have some videos for ITB syndrome and hip bursitis that might help that area. It depends on what stage of recovery you are in and how your body reacts to treatment, but in general, therapeutic exercises can be done 1-3 times a day, every day.
This is seriously so helpful. You impart so much knowledge and always go through lots of different adjustments for different needs. I've been having some serious full-body pain radiating out from my hip (probably left over from a pregnancy) and this is helping a lot!
My grandmother suffered from her legs and feet swelling much of her life. She always wrapped the foot and lower legs with elastic banding managed fairly well lived to be 94 active all her life. My mother also had similat problems
I'm a 26 yr old and somewhat-active guy, I've been smoking off and on, more on than off, for the last 5 years or so. I've quit now. I was told my lungs were looking pre-asthmatic. Could I fix my lungs?

There are other maneuvers that can be done without the help of someone. This can be done without help, but it's really best to have it done by a professional at least once to know how to perform it correctly, to have someone with you if symptoms increase, and so you can be completely relaxed when it's performed.
I have a sports hernia, these are very helpful. I definitely have a lot of tension/weakness in my groin area despite being very thin/active and in otherwise good health. I do believe the weakness/tension in the area contributed to the development of the hernia. I am healing it without surgery, or at least trying to, via yoga and some very peculiar stomach exercises, which are helping control the symptoms so far.
I will be lying down and suddenly I will get a spasm in toe, it locks and my bunion sticks out and it looks deformed. Feels really weird like it's locked and then it releases. Is this what you're talking about here or is mine something else?
