This is the simplest tip to get you in the slot on your downswing. This is the easiest tip to gain clubhead speed and control, especially with your driver. Anyone can do this move on his/her next shot.
Simply set up to the ball and make sure your right elbow (for the right-handed player) is facing your body. With this position, you will notice the club moves effortlessly on plane during the backswing which then gets you into a nice position at the top of the swing. From there, you will feel the unwinding of the club and will notice you are in the slot! You can hit the ball as hard as you want and will have control of your ball.
