This baklava recipe is easy-to-make! You can make it even if you don’t know how to use a thin rolling pin
or how to roll a dough thin! You can count the layers of this crispy baklava one by one.
Ingredients
1 tea glass/125ml of water
½ tea glass/100ml of oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of vinegar
550g/approximately 5 glass of flour
For the syrup;
3½ glass of milk
3½ glass of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of starch
Bake the baklava for 20 minutes and select the fan setting. Then bake for another 20 minutes and select the
conventional setting.
After taking the baklava out of the oven, pour the warm sherbet on it.
Mix the same amount of cacao and the icing sugar, then sprinkle this mixture on the baklava with a sifter.
