Hey man i have the same charger and i have a question since i'm kinda new to the hobby. I have a GensAce Soaring 11.1 3cells 2700mpah battery and when i bought it the shop owner told me that it should be stored at 50% and 3.8~3.9 volts per cell. My question is how do i know that the battery is at said characteristics.

You need to buy a separate lipo check so that you can see individual cell voltages

Dude, never plug the charger into power after connecting a battery. It's a good way to fry your charger and kill your battery.

Hi I plug in the battery and it recognizes that it’s a Lipo after a few beeps you don’t see the green lights going across the screen and you don’t see the charge light on all I see is a red caution light in the upper right hand corner. Can you tell me what’s going on?

I have the same problem (just bought the charger). My problem probably is that the battery doesnt have the balancer wires

OK somebody told me what the problem is always make sure that you use the far left prongs on the charger also make sure you plug the balance plug in to the far left as well
