Thanks I would also add cruyf turn and la Croqueta in addition to this but this is a pretty sick fast feet workout and only takes like 10 minutes

Do these for 30 days 1.inside foot 2.drag back 3. V- cut 4. Inside Stepover 5. Cryuff turn
