sometimes cool tones look super strange on my skintone but I've found that em cosmetics creates products with the most beautiful cool tones that somehow work on my skintone. i'm guessing since michelle phan is also vietnamese so she just understands how to create cool tones on warmer skin tones that doesn't make you look sickly?? idk but normally i would be hesitant about a cool tone palette but definitely curious about this one

I love having cool-toned and muted lip liners that will neutralize or darken lip colors! On its own, these lip liners give off the vibe that I vape or smoke (even if I don't do both), but when I put a bright lipstick on top, they look amazing!

I can't remember from your other videos whether or not you like the Rare Beauty liquid blushes, but during my obsessive hunt for berry blushes last winter I tried out Faith and I really like it. I wish I bought the Dior brown fig lip liner the first time I heard about it! Now I can’t find it anywhere and I’m worried that shade is getting discontinued. I love all of your lip recommendations! Your look here is absolutely beautiful!! This palette is beautiful! I love that it’s not too cool but just right. The purples and taupes look great together! I had no idea Em Cosmetics had any gel eyeliner, much less a beautiful silver. That was the perfect final touch on your look. Wow! And talk about ethereal…that Magnetic Maple was gorgeous!! I don’t know if you have the giveaway open to everyone (sorry if I missed anything about that in the video, I was distracted by the neighbours 😅) but I would love to try something from Em Cosmetics! I also love the Rare Beauty Lip Oil in Affection but my favorite is the Saint Jane Beauty in Cloud. Recent subscriber here and really enjoying your videos. Out of curiosity: I see that you never review foundations ( already seen in one of your videos that you only wear the luminous silk). Why is that? Not on your favourite makeup items?

I like keeping as small of a collection as possible for certain products. I really only need one foundation, one bronzer, one eyeshadow pencil, one brow gel, one mascara, etc, and then I like to add variation by changing up my blush, lip products, and eyeshadows. It helps me maintain as small of a collection as possible so my products get used. I have no need for multiple foundations!

Makes sense. In the end is one product that could have just different finishes but the tone is the same, so if you find the perfect one, why have more? I wish I would stick to one foundation, but not that bad: I rotate between 4!

I wouldn't have gravitated toward that Rosy Does It shade on my own, but I love the Mac Glow Play blush formula and it looks so beautiful in your demo! I might have to snag that. Looks like the perfect winter blush. @peytonstidham

I found your channel almost 2 years ago. I’m a licensed cosmetologist on the east coast. I love makeup! I am a fellow zebra…had my genetic testing confirmation in July of this year. My symptoms make it impossible to work now. Makeup is one way that I can regain some aspect control in my life. Even on my really bad days simply putting on a lip balm and some sparkly eyeshadow makes me feel good even if I don’t physically. It’s hard to explain but I think you might get it. I saw that this palette was being released and got so excited. I don’t have anything from EM Cosmetics yet but this palette is my jam! It’s between this and the new Glaminatrix Fairy Lights palette. I’m super curious about the holographic eyeshadow in that palette. I really enjoy your channel and your content! @amber_r104❤
