Great recipe. I have a few questions: 1. Can anything healthy be added to this? 2. Is ghee butter? 3. What properties in poppyseeds help with healing? I ask this because poppyseeds tend to break my teeth. 4. I came to this video from the short that adds cocoa powder and dried coconut. Will this recipe be healthier if I add those? 5. How long are these good for? 6. What do you use to preserve them so they last longer? 7. How often do you eat one to help with severe pain and inflammation? 8. How many do you recommend a person eat in a day? I ask this because I know eating too many nuts will cause things like diarrhea. 9. What other foods do you recommend adding to make these even healthier? 10. Are raisins and dates absolutely necessary? What can I replace them with that has similar health benefits? I’m not a fan of raisins or dates. 11. Where would I get things like potassium, magnesium, calcium to add to these? Do you get them in powder form or by adding other fruits, nuts, veggies, etc. 12. What do you recommend adding to this recipe for a person who has a major multivitamin deficiency? 13. Would adding vegetables like broccoli 🥦, carrots 🥕, etc. affect the taste much? If so, in a good or bad way? Thank you for this awesome recipe and thanks in advance for your additional advice and answering my questions. I am looking forward to trying these. Have an awesomely blessed day.

Packed with folic acid, potassium, calcium, and magnesium this is the perfect snack for both during pregnancy and post-delivery. The dried fruit also helps to regulate your digestive process by preventing your bowls from becoming slow. But to be on the safer side please take your doctor's advice.
