If you have chickpeas and cabbage at home, try this! It's good for diet and it's really good ~!!
Ingredients
1 cup of chickpeas, 200g of cabbage, 1/2 onion, 1/4 carrot, 3 tablespoons of potato starch, 3 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a little bit of pepper, cooking oil, water
Recipe
1. One day before cooking, pour enough water to cover 1 cup of chickpeas and leave for about a day.
2. After about a day, wash the chickpeas thoroughly. Then add the chickpeas to the blender. Add enough water to cover the chickpeas and grind.
3. Thinly slice 200g cabbage, 1/2 onion, and 1/4 carrot.
4. Place the shredded cabbage, onion, and carrots in a large bowl. Then add the ground chickpeas, 3 tablespoons of potato starch, 3 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper and mix well to make a paste.
5. Add plenty of cooking oil, add the dough you made, and bake it in front and back until golden brown, and it's done.
