Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland’s hotel restaurant game is high, incredibly high. In this 2 part series we take you behind the scenes and into the kitchens of 6 must eat hotel restaurants in central Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
In this one we take you into the kitchen at Park Hyatt and spend the day with Executive Pastry Chef Callum Liddicoat. Callum creates INCREDIBLE pastry and puts on an afternoon tea/high tea you’ve got to experience! We visit Esther at QT Hotel and experience their Mediterranean inspired menu- the team here are all about celebrating New Zealand’s incredible produce and turning it into amazing dishes. Finally we head to FISH at Hilton Auckland to eat their ‘Taste of Fish’ menu- a 3 course plus snacks journey celebrating the best of Aotearoa’s kaimoana seafood. Get ready for some mouthwatering food!

Afternoon tea in The Living Room $65 per head
Afternoon tea available Thursday - Sunday
4 Available Seatings: 12pm, 12:30pm, 2pm and 2:30pm.
