Some videos make no sense at all. Please do your research before blindly following their advice. Fruits may be water rich but they are also rich in fibre which is difficult to break down. In fact when we cook "water deficient food" (normal food like daals, vegetables etc) the cooking helps in breaking down the fibre and thus makes the food easier to digest. Satvic guys, please get a degree before spreading misinformation.
If you are saying that study is needed then it is implemented in you also due to fibre makes 80percent part of our stool which is necessary to take micro particles which are undigested out from our body
@@RoopaliSingh-fd2wy that is absolutely correct. The facts that I mentioned above do not say anything about breaking down 100% of the fibre (during cooking) present in food. Of course we need fibre for bodily functions including excretion. All I am trying to say is half baked knowledge is dangerous. Please read my comment carefully and comprehend🙏

I too had severe piles, mostly as a result of constipation. Avoiding spicy and deep fried foods and consuming more water/ water rich foods helped, but not much. Sometimes, intestinal issues could cause constipation, which was my case. I consumed 250 ml kefir/yoghurt (probiotics) during meals with fiber rich foods (pre-biotics) daily. After few months, my stool consistency and odour changed. Another thing that helped is eating more healthy fats (ghee, nuts and seeds), this makes passing stool easier. My constipation improved slowly, and consequently the swelling (piles). Another tip is experiment with your body and do things that suit your body. Somehow my body cannot digest wheat products and cold-fridge water triggers my constipation. Finally, "Never delay or hold your poop, and don't try to push hard while passing stool". Exercises of any kind to strengthen abs and pelvic muscles helps to not strain while pooping.
Maam, around 15 years back, I was also diagnosed with the same problem of fissures, and the doctor told me to go for the surgery. But instead going for surgery, I started following more of plant based water based fiber rich food. Also started sitting in a hot water tub for 15 to 20 minutes twice to thrice a day and cured from fissures. Till date no problem Hope it helps
How about FULL FRUIT JUICE ? WITH COMPLETE FIBER . Ex : one orange + 4 strawberrys + 1 watermelon 🍉 slice + half cup spinach ?? What is ur opinion about taking such daily ??

Yes if we are taking water poor food like any legumes which give us protein which is also important for our body.....than we should consume more water through out the day so that they digest properly......simple
