Eat the Whole Fish! Deep Fried Perch! 

I hate wasting. So, when I went ice fishing and caught some small perch I wanted to eat as much of them as possible. So, I’m trying to deep fry them! This is a common way to cook fish in the Caribbean and so I’m going to give it a go!
