I should rely om Dr. David because, using airconditner gives desease inside. No safety outside for beachside, remains coldshowers now and then. I'm anxious if it can gives harms such braininflamation or sinusite. Thanks a lot if you could say some words above it. 💓🙏

Keto since 1/23 lost 70 lbs, A1C 6.2 to 5.4. Blood Pressure no change/ no improvement. 2 out of 3 isn't bad.

I took a combo of serrapeptase and nattokinase on an empty stomach for 2 months lowered my BP enough to get off med I will be switching to lumbrokinase, for maintenance, as it seems to encompass all the benefits of the others and is more potent. The only med I was on was for BP so it was easy for me to experiment with these enzymes. Good luck.

I found weighing out my salt early in the day and putting in a bowl next to where I eat helps a lot. Realised salting your food to taste might not be enough for a lot of people thanks to some people being salt restricted has given them salt sensitization. If they go by salt to taste then they might never achieve getting enough electrolytes by eating it.

First one absorbs well, is more expensive, doesn’t give you diarrhea and is 14% elemental magnesium. Second one also absorbs well but is more elemental magnesium, which doesn’t get absorbed and stays in your GI, which causes loose stool in some people. Mg Citrate is good for people having trouble with bowel movements and is much cheaper.

@@nellosnook4454 no worries. Speaking from personal experience, I cannot handle mg citrate. Instant runs. Same with Mg Oxide. But glycinate does work for me. Also i experience the opposite of sleepiness when I take it so I can’t take it at night like most people. But generally everyone gets better sleep taking it then. I probably have some long term deficiency issue that gets over excited by it. That said I’ve never been less anxious than while I’ve been taking it.

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity and more exercise are key to a healthy life. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Fast food and sugary drinks are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community

When your insulin levels are low you can't have high blood pressure, because this controls the holding of sodium and therefore water and inflammation.
