With this 30 minute subliminal affirmations session, train your subconscious mind to eat slowly and mindfully at every meal and snack. Learning to eat with mindfulness is an important step to overall well being and maintaining the healthy weight your body was designed for. Eating mindfully means learning to recognize your body's hunger signals so that you only eat when you are actually hungry, stop eating when full, enjoy eating much more, and never eat too much or too little. Studies show that listening to your body and paying attention to the experience of eating helps with weight loss and maintenance, reduces binge eating, and improves your overall mind body connection.
INSTRUCTIONS
Get into a comfortable position, and listen to the track at a comfortable volume, with or without headphones. If you choose to listen while awake, it is best to do while relaxing or engaging in other passive activities such as reading or studying. You may also choose to listen while sleeping, either for the first 30 minutes of sleep or as you are drifting off to sleep, or by looping the video to listen throughout the night. You do not need to watch the screen to benefit from this recording.
Subliminal affirmations can cause deep relaxation or even drowsiness. Do not listen to this track while driving, operating machinery or engaging in other potentially dangerous activities which require your full attention. Listen regularly over the course of at least 2 weeks to experience the full effect.
This track is NOT a substitute for medical treatment or advice. It should always be viewed as a supplement to any existing medical or other therapeutic treatment you are already receiving. If you are under the age of 18, please obtain permission from a parent or guardian before listening.

I am a calm and mindful person.
I am fully aware of my surroundings.
My mind is calm, quiet, and serene.
The serenity of my mind helps me to listen to my body.
I can easily listen to the signals my body gives me.
I know when my stomach is starting to feel full.
I easily stop eating when I begin to feel full.
I recognize when my energy levels are low.
I notice when I am hungry.
When I am hungry, I eat a sensible portion of food.
I eat foods that are nutrient dense and tasty.
I resist the urge to eat for comfort or out of boredom.
I eat to fuel my body.
I enjoy eating with other people.
I enjoy eating at the same times each day.
When I eat, I concentrate only on eating.
Eating is a pleasure to be enjoyed.
I feel best when I eat in a relaxed yet mindful manner.
I eat slowly and mindfully.
I savour each bite of food.
I appreciate my food and always consider where it comes from.
I feel so much better when I eat with care and mindfulness.

I still come back and listen to this every morning with my breakfast, it helps me connect with my food in a way, i appreciate every bite and the sacrifice of all life be it animal or plant that was used to sustain my body. It makes me feel truly grateful to be but a humble human being 🙏❤

Wow another amazing video, what a surprise!:) I just love everything that you create, honestly, I'm your big fan :) The problem is always the same - which one to choose for listening first haha) May I suggest the idea for a new video? I don't know if it's possible but it would be nice to combine mindful (intuitive) eating + body positive affirmations + self-love+ some booster, that would be very helpful and easier to use for those with eating disorders. And I also dream about smth connected with growing up (mentally), becoming more independent and starting living your own life. I hope you'll get what I'm trying to say :D Thanks in advance :)

Its nice to hear from you again, and as always I really appreciate the positive feedback. I'm so glad you're enjoying the videos! =) Sure, I could make something like that, specifically for people with eating disorders. I was planning to do a couple of eating disorders videos eventually, and the topics (self-love, body positivity, mindful eating) are closely related to each other. They are all forms of self-care, so they would go well together in one session. I'm also planning to start posting 8 hour videos occasionally, as I've had a couple of requests for a video to listen to for the entire night while sleeping, without having to loop. Your suggestion might be a good topic for this sort of long video, since I could then include more affirmations. So I could do either of those (or probably both). And for the second request, yes, I think I know what you mean... being more mature, independent, taking more risks, being a self-starter, doing more things for yourself and by yourself without fear... is that kind of what you mean? In any event, many thanks for the requests and I will add both to my list, take care! =)

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you are asking where are the affirmations, this is a subliminal session, which means you will not hear the affirmations spoken out loud. The affirmations are masked by the background sound, which allows them to bypass the conscious mind and instead be picked up by the subconscious. The subconscious mind is highly suggestible in most people, so it's possible to create lasting changes in thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours simply by listening over time while performing other relaxing activities such as reading or studying, or even while sleeping. Haha savour it slowly and maybe you will just have one and not be tempted for more! That's what I try to do, though doesn't always work... homemade cookies were my downfall today. 😄
