Sheldon easily broke that last barrier from hanging out with his newfound pals in the music club, get drunk enough off of beers and cocktails and wash everything down with midnight ramen and tempuras, you can easily score 2000 calories in just that moment before hitting the bed and sleep for like 12 hours the next day

What I've seen so far in your guys' quantity-based food challenges is that Sheldon is pretty good at pacing himself it seems like, and probs has a bigger appetite than Mike and Edward. Like he just looks like he's eating everything pretty comfortably (such as from the fried chicken video) but tbf he was in Taiwan then and Japan now, and Asian countries do have a lot lighter and less greasier foods than America for sure
