Guys I did some testing to see if Smala really does go with anything. Here are my findings: 1. Droplets straight into the eyeballs. Painful but in a good way. Definitely recommended if you're not a wuss. 2. Mixed in with toothpaste. Incredible. I've eaten two tubes of toothpaste this week thanks to Smala. 3. Straight onto open wounds. It's so pretty watching it fill up, like a glowing scarlet lake. 4. Mixed in with my 8 month old's breast milk. The baby seemed a bit hesitant, and she cried a bit, but she's fussy as hell so I would ignore this result. I'll try again at 9 months.
fung bros is a business and marketing through youtube is smart. a quick entry, a segue in the middle or something at the end, perfect. but mentioning your produt every 3 minutes is a little much. it's like watching those old late night commercials
It's a shame, I used to love this channel but it's becoming unwatchable with the constant Smala ads. Especially since he's putting it on a bunch of stuff where it doesn't belong.
I'm a longtime fan and I gotta say I'm not into these past couple videos where you guys put the sauce on food from other folks' restaurants. I get it advertising but it seems a little disrespectful in a way. Best of luck to you both. 👍🏽
YAY. I love you guys and all the podcasts etc. you do nowadays - but I can't lie I really miss the food videos like this. So this will be a great time since as per usual, it's all NY spots and I've been to most of them (from scrubbing through the video lol) so I know what to expect :D
You guys gotta hit up those Italian Salumeria type sandwich stores. I feel like Smala would go really well on probably all their sandwiches, also Banh Mi sandwiches! Or hit up S'MAC mac and cheese spot
Hey buddy, Im so supportive of your SMALA sauce. I love it, however, take it easy guys. Too much chili oil for tummy too often isn’t good for you =) Why don’t you guys come up with a ‘sauce’…..texture version. So it can be used as a spread….rather than dipped. Again…too much oil isn’t good for ya lolll ❤
You can tell Fung Bros haven't been in NY long if they think Empanadas are "the next big thing" 🤣. Soon they're gonna be saying Roti and Doubles are NY's "new trend" 🤣
@@mikeymutual5489 I think it's more that they're from Seattle and don't really know about NY that much. I know mad Asian people that grew up in Queens that know about every type of ethnic food in NY.
@@kayflip2233 But they don't know food from any other part of the country either. But much respect to NYC Asians, who (probably because they are New Yorkers) do branch out and make themselves knowledgeable about other types of food.
I know this is like an infomercial, and that's ok. Love it when they do food vids. They need to start inviting their pretty lady friends to be in them like the old days. 😎As far as the putting Smala on everything, well I put hot sauce and chili oil on everything if I they have it at the restaurant. I have never taken a condiment to one though. I think it would feel taking your butter to the movies for your popcorn. Awesome looking food though!
I love your food videos. Dont stop. I am from ny never you a china town like tha exist. Never visit china town. Now I can’t wait to go visit china town
Should just have said this was a SMALA ad. I get it, you want to promote ur product… ok… sure….every RU-vidr does it to some degree. Just say so in the title or maybe only do an ad like at the end, a 5 min segment. Btw love ur vids where u try different food cuisines. They were hearty and rather interesting.
In regards to Prince Street Pizza from what I understand, the father and son owners have stepped down from customer facing roles, but they are still the owners. They both had a history of racist and aggressive responses to customers. I'd rather pass and go elsewhere for pizza
It's becoming just a bit too much fellas. Sponsored by Smala which you own. You guys say no disrespect or lemme respect this place but you bring your product into these places and turn it into a big ad that you can monetize but it's like the normal person is not gonna buy your chili oil and carry it in their bag and go to these places and drizzle it on. Just the same as you wouldn't buy food from one place and then bring it into another restaurant and eat it there. Let's just pump the brakes a bit
