Unfortunately the Anaesthesia department in our small rural hospital still believes in the oldfashioned outdated protocol of ‘absolutely no food or drink after midnight’. It is unfortunate that some specialists do not keep up with the latest developments in their fields.
please help me so yesterday I got told I have surgery and I ate til 10 o'clock in the night and I slept,and I have surgery this morning which is 10am now HD 7:00am I'm a good, like what do I have to do. can I eat in the morning right now?
