@KonaGaming There is indeed implicit psychological bias when they read the reviews. They come in and expect the food to taste like garbage. Of course, like you said, it's more often than not true that the food is trash, but it does not take away from the point that their initial perception of the food is skewed from reading the reviews.

lol the woman helping brennen legit lies and said ‘no english’ because she didn’t want to get caught that she ignored him ( and doesn’t treat her customers respectively) and afterwards answered to HIM ‘yes’ (when he asked if the food is good) she could of replied yes to his first question (like ‘yes’ i’m good) FIRST IMPRESSION, service doesn’t seem the best tbh.
