I honestly think people go places with shitty attitudes and leave bad reviews because nobody wants to serve an asshole. You were very proper and well mannered, and had a good aura of happiness. Thus you had good service. People need to learn that food service isn't there for you to abuse and accuse, they are there to make your food for you, the least you can do as a customer is have respect because you're too lazy to cook half this shit yourself. The customer is not always right and that is something I stand by. I will tell a bad attitude to leave if they raise their voice at me, Because garuntee nobody else has any problems. So it seems the only problem is them.

Went here yesterday because of this video. I had the cheese pizza with a can of coke for $13. The pizza was greasy for my dutch standards, but was really tasty. I can recommend this to any pizza lover!

Exactly! The people who write bad reviews and cry racism are usually the rude and lousy tippers who are never satisfied with anything. These are the people who are programed from early childhood that the system is rigged against them, when it hasn't been that way in more than 50 years. This should have been abundantly clear to everyone when a black man was voted in twice as President. It blows my mind that people are still spoon fed this systemic racism garbage. I Live In New York And I Use To Work On Roosevelt Island At A Hospital Call “Goldwater Memorial Hospital”. I think they closed it down a couple years ago. I Haven’t Been On Roosevelt Island For Years Now. But From What I Saw In This Video Showing The Excellent Experience That You Received At The Italian Restaurant Inspired Me To Go Roosevelt Island And Have Good All Round Family Dinner. A big aspect to why so many restaurants have not so great reviews, even when the food and service is satisfactory, is because no one thinks or cares to leave a review when they had an acceptable or excellent experience as much as they do when they have a bad one. So as someone who’s been working with food since I was old enough to work. The next time you hit a drive thru or a sit down restaurant, and you had a good visit, please consider leaving something nice to say on their page or Yelp. It’s even nicer when you make it a point to remember an employees name and personally comment something positive in regards to their service. My boss used to call us over to his office and tell us when we would get a compliment via reviews. And would pin it to our service board with our names on it. Makes the job easier to look up and see someone appreciating your work.

Good point Keep Creep! Also during high peak periods, lunch, certain foods will come out faster because they've been pre-prepared. If you order a special item it might just take longer to come to your table. Has nothing to do with race.
