I think an important factor that should be addressed is off gassing. Potential dangers of toxins leaching into the food when the plastic food containers are heated. Something you cannot get from reading the food ingredients label. Does make me wonder if anything heated in soft plastics can amount to being healthy.

If you purely calculated the mass(g) of protein you obtain per dollar spent, a regular tub of protein powder actually offers the greatest bang for buck($1.20 per 30g serving) which blows HL milk out of the water macro wise, just sayin, rookie mistake
@@mangopeachy394 talking macros per dollar spent here mate, a tub of protein is a long term investment, of which a fitness journey requires time and consistency to yield results, its cheaper in the long run for people to achieve their goals. I believe there are many big sales, 1010, 1111, 1212, black friday to capitalise on and getting 72 servings for 60 bucks is not far fetched, try calculate the cost of buying that number of tiny HLs (and getting less protein). Also not talking money management in the first place but since youre at it, people who are that broke should be meal prepping and not eating out of convenience shops. dont say no time, people who are disciplined make time. This is cool except that I'm allergic to nuts, bananas, eggs and types of fish... I'd probably end up in the emergency room again... Also any kind of grease or gluten makes me very sick, so I cook just about everything at home by myself... And for some reason I'm still overweight lol... The nerve... Jk hahahaa
