Glad Alfonso is getting priceless education, exposure to world cultures. He'll grow up to be a good world citizen, a bridge among people, promoting harmony among cultures.
Its Alphonso season in India and what time could be better for little Alfonso to visit !? Gorge on mangoes ❤ …. Ok 1st tip..don’t eat samosas from random shops, buy it only from the “sweet shops” ….tip#2 …don’t order food online or buy takeaway packed food unless u must..always eat hot and fresh cause thats when u eat real alive fresh Indian food… tip#3…try to eat at an indian home…thats the real thingie, and don’t worry its not at all hard to get invited into an Indian home…very happy to see u r enjoying everything so far…and do try the classic north indian punjabi cuisine, the mughlai cuisine and tibetan cuisine…nowhere else in the world will you get the standard you will get in delhi, so don’t miss those….happy days ahead ❤😊
My suggestion to you…Take a food tour to old delhi for Punjabi and Mughlai…Sarvana Bhawan restaurant for Dosas and Majnu Ka Tila for Tibetan….and Majnu ka Tila is a must do for many reasons 😊
You can ask to sit on seat reserved for Women. Atleast use seat for Little Alfonso. Don't Let him stand always, We feel sad to see him standing in rush. Anyone wl give Little Alfonso Seat Anyway.
You have a correct information. Eat paan after eating all the food. That leaf is good for digestion. Leaf is bitter itself, they make it taste better by adding diffrent things. Sometimes people have it as a mouth freshener.
Jessica speaks so well. Seems knowledgeable. Pronounce well too. Pleasant to watch someone who is for the first time in India and not doing silly things to gain views. You remind me of Kara. Best wishes. 😊

It's good to see you try different local foods in Indian streets. Have a good time and enjoy your stay in India. Have fun and good memories for lifetime.
It's the one thing I was worried about like every other western tourist, I hoped you guys won't go for the 'how cheap' gimmicks. Please visit bit upscale hygienic places with fssai license when you have that option so that you don't have to crib about getting sick later 😔 Try Khan Market instead if you are still in Delhi. Unlike many countries India has the options to cater to varied strata of people but that doesn't mean you have to go with the cheapest options and showcase that :3

Hello Jessica, Alfonso and Alfonso, I have followed all your food videos for almost a year or more. We are happy that you like Indian food and delicacies. You truly have developed a very good knowledge of Indian cuisine. Your videos are very interesting and very well presented by you and Alfonso senior with good presentation and music They give us an idea of how Indian restaurants operate in your country. It is very good all three of you made it to India. Welcome to India, New Delhi and Mumbai. I just want to bring to your notice one major unintentional mistake or lapse that happens when food lovers and bloggers visit Mumbai. Mumbai is the Capital of a Western Indian State called Maharashtra. The local language spoken here is Marathi and the culture of this state is called Maharashtrian Culture. Maharashtrian Culture has its own Maharashtrian Food Culture which is very unique and popular by itself and has exciting sub - Maharashtrian food cultures like Malvani Food ( coastal cuisine from Malvan), Varhadi Food from Vidarbha region of Maharashtra ( East Maharashtra), Kolhapuri spicy non veg food from Kolhapur ( South Maharashtra) , Puneri Brahmin food from Pune ( Central Maharashtra) ( vegetarian and less spicy food ) had on pious and festive occasions, Mumbai city ( West Maharashtra) culture food like Batata Wada, Vada Pav, Panipuri , Sev Batata puri, Pav Bhaji, Masala Dosa, Idli Sambar etc, Maharashtrian, Punjabi , South Indian, Gujarati restaurant foods etc. But what we have seen is most food bloggers miss all the above by and large and end up on Muhammad Ali rood because it is close to their hotels. In the process they eat food which is not the culture and home food of 95% people or Maharashtra but a limited food choice of a small percentage of population. Nothing wrong with it, but almost 95% food bloggers who come all the way from USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, Korea etc miss the real Maharashtrian food ( both vegetarian and non vegetarian) by limiting their good tour to South Mumbai or the two beaches of Girgaum Chowpatty and Juhu Chowpatty. My request to all three of you is visit Central Mumbai ( Dadar and Shivaji Park) and if possible Thane ( North of Mumbai ) and visit authentic Maharashtrian restaurants like Prakash and Aswaad at Shivaji Park ( Central Mumbai), Panshikar ( at both Dadar ( Central Mumbai ) and Girgaum ( South Mumbai). You can ask your local guides to take you to local Maharashtrian restaurants and Malvani ( which is dialect of Marathi) SeaFood joints in Mumbai and Thane. There is more to Maharashtrian Food than Mumbai Street Food ( which also is Maharashtrian Food by the way). You may like to visit Metkut in Thane, just north of Mumbai for variety of Authentic Maharashtrian food from all regions of Maharashtra. Looking forward to your Mumbai visit soon. All the Best to both the Alfonso’s and to you.
Love watching your videos. Keep enjoying but keep yourself hydrated as its very hot in India. Do visit hauz khas deer park. And Rajinder dhaba in safdurjung enclave for some delicious chicken satay.
Must go to - Goa, kerala, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar, Rishikesh, Leh and Laddakh. India is so huge and diverse. Delhi is not for tourists
@@alfonsoandjessica your husband don't like Indian food??? If he does why don't you let him react to some of the dishes here, you are all in India for the first time. Since you and Alphonso already reacting, we want him to react as well, would be nice. Just a request. 😊
