These type of guy feel the foreign people happy in India they understand what they need in India.India should proud of these type of tour guys.Jai Hind ❤❤❤❤
This is not a Japanese drink ,I don't know but it's called Banta ...we have this since ages and I was shocked to see some Indian in Japan showing that and saying his childhood memories coming alive in Japan
No I don’t think so. This guide is looking foolish to me. Couldn’t explain it nicely…he need to know the American food and culture so that he can relate the Indian food nd explain better.
The sweet sauce is made from tamarind, dates, jaggery, roasted cumin seeds and dried powdered ginger. The green chutney sauce contains green chillies, mint, coriander leaves, pepper, lime juice and dried green mango powder. All chaats use both these sauces in varying proportions along with other spices like chaat masala to create different tasting chaats. The paani of the paanipuri also varies from the jaljeera water to various juices mixed with the jal jeera water like pomegranate juice, guava juice, sweetlime juice.
I must tell you, Tour Guide made your life so easy in Delhi Rush. This Area is full of rush bcoz people from all over India comes here to buy Electronics, Utensils, crockery, clothes, wedding clothes at reasonable rates, spices, foods etc. Old Delhi & New Delhi Railways Stations are adjacent to this place plus it has Red Fort ( 15th August, Independence Day Speech by Prime Minister is made from here ), Jama Masjid & all historical places here, So Always rush. I used to come here to buy Medical & Non Medical Enterance Test Books, 2nd hand text books, then Engineering Books at reasonable prices : from Nayi Sadak near Gurudwara.
@@alfonsoandjessicano one supports you other than few pr0-west indian sep0ys.first you should talk about Trudeau and his @nti indian r@cism .also talk about r@cism to inuits in canada.
@@alfonsoandjessica : This is the 4th or 5th video of this Delhi 'Food Tour' by this company I'm watching on RU-vid, and I must inform you that avoid them for Delhi at all costs. It's more of a "snacks tour" TBH, and "Old Delhi" is 'not at all' famous for the only "food" you had [ paneer, daal, and roti ]. He's just taking you to a few places from where he may be earning a fat commission [ though he doesn't have to, given that he spent a 'total' of 'maximum' INR 500 while you paid at least INR 3000 for this tour ]. You're also under the wrong impression that this guide knows much about 'food' - he doesn't. Like he said India 'imports' Cinnamon, which we do... but we mainly 'export' to premium markets like the US and Europe - because a lot of it is of export quality [ you can get some of the best, organic ones in Andaman Islands]. I've seen this man several times before and he's 'just a rando' pushing an agenda - that 'most' people in India are vegetarians... which is utterly false [ cumulatively, only 13-14% of people here are vegetarians, and in 'majority' of the states that figure is well under 5% ]. So please stop being duped by such people - they pray on unsuspecting foreigners [ let him try this with any ambassador from the US or any of the European countries and let me know how 'that' goes... 😉🤭] and spread the awareness as well. However, as far as I remember, their Calcutta [ Kolkata ] guide is pretty decent. Cheers!
Mexican food can be very hot. Many of the chilis used in India, originally come from Mexico, Central and South America. Things like chilis, potatos, corn....were all brought from the Americas to India. We don't study this.
The way you edit of our great India is fabulous 😍😍🤩....you r doing a great job by starting up with RU-vid.....hope you reach up high beyond the limit...all the best......
Jessica you are an American, how you are able to tolerate so much spice. As an Indian sometimes I can't take so much chilli. Hats off to you. You are the most vibrant youtuber and a foodie. Thanks for positivity about India
India is the heaven of food......enjoy and explore more food stalls.....its good to see that you simply dnt jump into the food before enquiring about it ....your guide is awesome and he knows exactly you can get delicious as well as hygienic food ....❤

If you wanna see those spices raw and live? Welcome to Kerala, the spice capital of India. Now its hot and humid summer here in Kerala, 41 deg celsius. And monsoon season starts from May mid or last. So plan accordingly. Thanks for visiting our nation.❤ Incredible India ❤

Hi jessica. I have fallen in love with your videos. I love your energy and enthusiasm. Your son is so cute. You are a bold mother. But your guide is a highly matured and knowledgeable man. It is so difficult to visit old Delhi even for a common man. All of you deserve praise for making videos in such details.
Amazing vlog... I live in delhi since last 20 years and havnt been to spice market ever... what a shame..😂... but glad that u enjoyed it... lots of love from Delhi ❤
It can be very difficult for people outside India to understand the culture and food over here but the way you are handling it I must say it is really commendable and btw I love your content❤
I welcome you to explore the beautiful state of India which is Assam & city Guwahati, also you can explore Meghalaya & Arunachal Pradesh too!!! You will love it. 🇮🇳
The person who gave food tour missed so many good dishes 😢you should try food from other places… my humble request please try food from restaurants as well…. As always love your videos ❤
One of the trick to find spicyness of green chilli is to compare its colour, most dark green colour will be the spiciest one while light shade of green will most probably be the not so spicy one 😊😊😊
@@alfonsoandjessica Your welcome guys also I had a question to ask,why do your husband don't come infront of camera,is he camera shy or not interested??
Jessica, after watching the videos I want to congratulate your mother for the values which have been inculcate in you and your son. Every action of your reflects in that

That's what I recommended to you Jessica ! Old Delhi area and Chandni Chowk, crowded laid back place, business hub and food hub of old authentic taste ! Enjoy guys old Delhi ❤❤
Hey.... Mumbai and delhi is best for street foods but if you want to try seafood and authentic dosa..wish you could have been to South india.....especially Kerala😀
Roti is made up with raw wheat flower(anta) and naan is made by purified wheat flower is stickey in intestine. That's why roti is healthier because of more fiber.
Do come to Kolkata. We have the authentic Indianised version of Chinese food. Moreover Kolkata is famous for its unique and delicious food. The Samosas you ate, are a bit of different taste here. Obviously Delhi and Kolkata fight neck on neck regarding their food. The best Biryani is from Kolkata, and also from Hyderabad.
The 3rd pani puri u had belonged to our dearest alfonso, he kept on saying "I want that one"😅 but u ate. Awww alfonso little tummy should be full too❤❤I hope u d reading my comment kiddo, lots of love.
Happy you have a guide ❤, it's additional help, for many things take you places , how it's eaten , taking you to clean joints, etc etc etc 😂😂. Trick of having spices eat and swallow slowly., spice causes hiccups not chocking. Not noodles it's Vermicelli 😅 Have fun and be safe🙏 if you make it to Northeast try Raja Mircha, very very small bites no exaggeration they are so hot that Indian find it hard to handle 😅😅😅
In Gol Gappa or Pani Puri, spice comes from the way they make the water to fill in it.. there are few shops which uses green chillies in a Powder form to add into a water to make it proper spicy 🔥
Wow fantastic experience watching an Angelic beauty trying spicy 🔥 food on streets. Thanks so much for sharing this. Truly fantastic 👍👍👍👍 I LOVE YOUR VOICE ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I really wish you to try Dahi puri at the Pani-puri stall, i don't know why tour guide didn't bought that. It is my favourite snack in whole world and you would've loved it too.
I am a regular viewer to your blog...the guide is not upto mark...this is india guys...there are much more great place interms of roaming and to feast...you should visit old delhi non veg shop...they are mouth watering ...but your guide he is taking to you to the under rated food corners...take care
