lol those portions are huge! I live in Canada and although our portions are double the European portions, I’m still shocked by the US lol😂 whenever I travel to Poland I feel like my skin, energy levels and body feels so much better and way more nourished than here in Canada. Do you find you felt more bloated or any skin or body differences after eating American food ?
Honestly said I have eating disorder for a one year. Since I started dieting I get really disturbing things like what would I eat the next meal.How to manage with it.Please make a video about how to stop planning next meal.🥺And another problem is that I try to eat perfectly,but when I started count calories I stopped listening my body in order to get my macros and nutrients despite I have already full.

Whenever I get ‘homesick’ for NY food, I go back to the what I now call the ‘bagel scene’ - god, do I miss the NY bagels Not to mention Magnolia Bakery! P.s: If you return to NYC, next time try a little Italian place called Tiramisu on the corner Third Ave and 80th Street. Much much better pizza than the typical NY slices / they have a proper wood burning oven in the restaurant - lovely

Oh my goodness / you had me with the giant bagel / I miss bagels so much / can’t get a proper one in London unless I travel across the whole town / and then the delight at seeing the carrot with frosting cake type thing from Magnolia bakery… Did however never once in the 12 plus yrs I lived there have any Muesli / oatmeal def but not Muesli // although for me, my fave breakfast was my Starbucks blueberry muffin…
I'm guessing the best pizza is in Italy! or Greece? There are probably places that are "so good", and then go to that country, no comparing, and where are you getting your music?! LOVE It!!
Truth be told, that’s not the best way to enjoy pizza. Sit down, place your order, then burn the top of your mouth on the hot, fresh deliciousness ❤. You won’t regret it 😊
I love your videos.I try to heal my relationships with food.I only eat “healthy food”and struggle to eat some products because I care of my skin.There is another problem.I can’t gain weight-I try to count calories in order to do it,but because I used to it three meals a day and I am scared to eat more times.But when I eat three large meals a day-I eat to big portions.Should I change something?
Haha, when I lived in the US I couldn't believe how full the sandwiches were - for instance if you had ham or turkey, you would get the same amount as you get in a pack in France!

😂 omg. I am a “New Yorker” (Connecticut dweller) who moved to Chicago 10 years ago, and am DEVASTATED I can’t find authentic New York pizza 😭. So, hearing you compliment Chicago pizza tickled me. I hope you have some delicious New York pizza at some point! When it’s done well, it’s heavenly. I’m sorry the ones you tried weren’t great :-(. What’s your favorite pizza place in Chicago? Also, IN LOVE with those Habanero wraps! Again…..could find them in CT, but not Chicago 😒. (Just teasing Chicago, I do love Chicago. They have fantastic authentic Italian pizza here, too).
Chicagoan here, Lou Malnatis is awesome however with inflation they aren’t as good as they used to be. So keep that in mind if trying it for the first time.
It was interesting to see the foods. I have never seen a cookie like the one you ate. I would be if sugar overload. By far the best pizza I've eaten was in Italy. Loved seeing your shopping choices. I love homemade bean and cheese burritos also. It was a fun video. Thanks for sharing.😊
You should have asked a native New Yorker where to get pizza. You went to a fake tourist trap place, what you had isn't brooklyn pizza. Next time go to L&Bs spumoni gardens or Louigis in South Brooklyn. Anything in Manhattan is going to be nasty. And no weird toppings, plain cheese or pepperoni only.
