You are about the only individual whose nutrition and food related videos I watch and truly appreciate… just love the common sense approach… there is no deprivation, no avocado toast every single a.m or lemon water, no gluten free, dairy free, sugar free… It’s just common sense, balance, no food is off limits unless it falls outside the scope of vegetarianism… truly enjoy it. Keep it up! Thank you.

Hi Lucy I just. wanted to say how much your videos have added value to my life through the way I eat. Adding whole grains and vegetables to home-cooked meals has been really wonderful for my energy levels. I used to be really hungry eating protein and afraid carbohydrates would make me heavy but I feel really healthy now, thank you and your videos give me inspiration for meal ideas.

I really appreciate how relatable you are, and how authentic you keep your videos. It helps remind me that I am normal and I don't need to be extreme, have fomo, follow fad diets, etc. I can enjoy my life as it is and not feel bound by what society tells me I should do. I don't need to lift weights everyday for 2 hrs, eat a salad for lunch and party all night. I can just do what feels right.

I came to Paris in June to for the French Open. It was the first time I had come back in 10 years and I was pleasantly surprised how there was always at least 1 or 2 vegetarian options everywhere we went. Even when I went to bakeries to get a baguette or sandwich, when I told them in my limited French I was vegetarian, they would often go and make something special for me. At Roland Garros I think I had one of the best vegetarian sandwiches in my life! I had a lovely time.

Tabuleh! You were craving the best salad!!! One of my faves too!!! I grew up with Lebanese nextdoor neighbors and their mum made the best Tabuleh I have ever tasted?! 😮🤤🤤🤤🤤🥰👍 I love to make it myself too sometimes! Very easy! Lots and lots of fresh parsley, sometimes a little bit of mint, chopped onion and tomato, olive oil and a little bit of vinegar and lemon juice with salt and pepper! YUM! 🤤👍💗

This was definitely one of my favorite videos. I really enjoyed seeing the city. I also, love the what I eat in a week. I know it's time consuming but, it will definitely pay off in the end. I wouldn't mind even more detailed recipes and prep time. Really enjoyed this one but, then again I always do. :)

Hi Lucie 👋. Absolutely loved this video. The small tours of Paris were so nice, as was the meal inspiration. When I visited Paris in 2021, I went to VG patisserie. Have you ever gone? It is fully vegan and super delicious 😋. For future videos, would love to learn more about the clubs/party scene in Paris. I think a fun seasonal series could be your favorite clothing items/trends in Paris, and/or the books you have read. I'm also a huge bookworm.
