No it's not going to, the human body has evolved to digest animal meat the most, in fact more than our plants counterpart. While we prefer cooked meat, we have evolved to be able to eat raw meat. The thing about it is, we prefer cooked meat because it tastes better.

Especially in America, with all the chemicals they allow in our food as opposed to other countries , idk if I can trust that the chicken doesn't have salmonella. You just keep referencing meat. If something is a raw, the restaurant will source fresh and high quality meat that follows proper methods to slaughter and store the meat. This is likely meat brought from a grocery store.

The odds in America are 1 in every 25 chickens. But that's only salmonella. There are other types of poisoning you can get from raw chicken.

Salmonella isn't the only problem. Campylobacter and other bacteria can be living in chicken and can very seriously change your life.
