As a practising doctor I have to say I lost some brain cells by just listening to that second guy speak. Body pharmacy? Dopamine, serotonin oxytocin? Bro was throwing buzz words hoping for some of them to hit the mark.
I sort of understand what he's trying to say though. Basically he's saying they're purposefully trying to make each other (or themselves?) happy, thus "amping up" serotonin (and all the other buzz words he probably doesn't truly understand) production in the body. I'm not sure he realizes how any of that works though, but that's what he's trying to say.
Looks like he googled fancy words for his talking points, (pretty sure that mind palace remark is from a tv show). And trying to sell some scam training program product / book / dvd / podcast / cult.
@@Throbingkcoc Or maybe he does understand. He'd rather earn money and be rich and pay for his wife's boyfriend. What a good guy supporting his family.
I drove a 2017 Toyota Highlander with about 150k on it for a few years and that thing ran like it was brand new. I will hear zero words of Toyota slander
@@travisretriever7473 It's just a quote from Charisma on Command. For whatever reason though he talks about socializing in the form of only talking to women.
@@marcioamaral7511 A lot of countries have English as an official language, and a lot of non-native english speaking ppl exist in many other nations- the point of this comment is to show that this man has better grammar than this American. An American is stereotypically known to not speak anything more than English his entire life. It is an insult towards the american- the one that speaks that same language and nothing else, that someone outside his land or Britain, would speak better english than him sorry for the long explanation- felt it was necessary atm but someone can probably do this better than me. Also Gambia has more than 10 languages listed among its national languages.
@@marcioamaral7511 if you want a better comparison, it'd be like an aged, unfit grandpa outrunning a younger, more fit, athlete. It'd bring shame to the athlete who spent his entire life competing, right?
Most of us non English natives know more about the language than English speakers, especially Americans. Actually i know more English than i know my native language, no joke 😂.
@bats9218 my wife always says to take somebody with a doctorate vs a hillbilly who's lived off the land all of his life and put them both in a survival situation.
Going to the gym has nothing to do with genes though. He's compensating for the fact he feels insecure around men that are stronger than him, and for his laziness.
If I ever had the choice between a free McClaren and a free Corolla I'd definitely go with the McClaren. So I could sell it and get enough Corollas to transport future generations for hundreds of years. Two Corollas and the rest Is going to savings.
I hope you're feeling better now. Being a new mom is tough and it's really healing to find some laughs. I hope you keep seeking out the laughs, music, and things that make you smile. Best of luck to you friend.
I go to the gym mainly because I'm nearly 60 and on blood pressure medication, and don't want to have a stroke or heart attack, but also because I like being reasonably fit and strong.
Staying fit and active is very important as you get older, getting lazy and letting little aches and pains get the better of you only makes them worse. FOund out my stupidity of youth destroyed my hips and at 20 mine were worse than my 90 year old grandfather's (Over 80% gone) and the doctor told me the best thing I can do to stop them from hurting and locking up is to MOVE! Being active will keep the joints mobile and stop the pain from happening, yes I will still get little aches here and there or pops but the more active the more the joint will stay in good condition... That goes for the whole body. (That was over 20 years ago now) Hopefully you've kept at it and don't push yourself too hard too fast. You might not be able to fully reverse the damage done but a good diet and getting yourself in shape will go a long ways. Might even get to see your great grandkids and see them nearly reach adulthood!
@@ChaadFairservice20022How so? Agnosticism says you cant say no thing, about that what you do not know by means of observation. Hence you can say nothing about the existence of god. Spiritual people say a lot about the existence of things they cannot observe or prove. Please elaborate.
The gym is important. The gym can be in a public space or in your own home working out in your own space. As long as you’re seeing improvements and learning new things then you’re okay.
1:08 With that morning routine you won't get far my friend. My morning routine: I wake up at 2 a.m., do an ice plunge, run for 1 hour and I do pushups every 10 minutes, followed by 1 hour of hot yoga, ending in half an hour meditation, then I do a quick 15 min HIIT on the exercise bike, lift weights for an hour, ice plunge, 30 minutes of sauna, another ice plunge, then I take half an hour for breakfast, and then I'm ready to start the day.
@@dixienormous8571Just put your bodyweight on the bar and rep out air pushups while doing everything. What do you mean that's not a push exercise anymore? Sounds like pencil neck cope to me.
Being a science student, I forgot all the science that I have learnt after him saying about those hormones. He just wanted to sound cool by saying such big words, but all that was just meaningless😂😂
I loved my Corolla! I have upgraded since then but it was a very good daily car and most importantly never gave me troubles. Driven it for 8 years. Only maintenance every 6 months and good to go
Damn haha meanwhile when I go to the gym all I'm thinking about is how to burn off that extra burger I had for lunch with the least amount of extra effort.
I don't go to the gym, but I appreciate the people that do I don't think I have to go, not because I "think I am jacked enough, I have enough muscle" but just because I don't see a point in gaining muscle myself others can go, and i admire their dedication and determination let people do their thing bro!
Definitely not saying you *have* to if you really don't want to, but there's massive benefits to weight bearing exercise for anybody and everybody. Especially with how we live in first world countries. Whether you lift in the gym or at home, maintaining a strong body increases longevity into old age, makes you more sturdy against injuries in your day to day life, gives you greater assurance that you'll be able to get yourself or others out of any situation that requires physical effort, whether that's a fire or animal attack or whatever else, and improves your physical and mental health. A strong body is a healthy body, one that's less prone to disease of all sorts, especially most every day aches and pains. Your brain and body, recognizing that, will release more of the hormones that tell your conscious self that everything is okay and fine, so you'll feel happier, less anxious, and more secure in all other aspects of your life. Long story short, there's always a point to gaining muscle, even if the muscular development itself isn't appealing to you. I'd highly encourage you to give it a shot yourself and see if it works for your life and benefits you the way it benefits me. I think you'll find it's well worth it if you stick with it a couple months.
It's not always about gaining muscle or being jacked. My mother was diagnosed with osteorposis years ago, and the doctor told her to go to the gym and do resistnace training. (she's a lightweight and so her bodyeight never was a "training aid" for her bones.) My father went with her, cause she wouldn't go alone. It helps with his backpain from over 40 years of manual labour. They are in their 60's and started 20 years ago. After a motorcycle accident in my 20's i develloped backpain, and years later, due to lot's of sitting at work i also develloped neckpain. Both are almost nonexisted as long as i manyge to be in the gym once or twice a week, and the second benefit is i don't loose much muscle while getting older. From 30 onwards the body looses muscle mass fast if one does nothing to compensate. And i at least started at 32. The gym we go to has lot's of people in their 60's 70's and even 80's. They don't go there for looks, or for gains, they go there to stay mobile and healthy for longer. I think, the WHO recommends 45 minutes of resistance/weight taining and 2 hours of "movement" sort of sport per week. (the movment part cold be running, walking, hiking, cycling, swimming...)
As someone who’s been dealing with depression for almost a decade now, I have to say going to the gym does help boost your mental state. It is very beneficial to you both mentally and physically. It might take a while to strengthen your mind but going to the gym is a very great choice! Discipline.
😂😂😂 the first guy don’t wanna go to the gym because the second guy is always on the treadmill with the crystal and an imaginary wife 😅 “4.20-5.00 we do treadmill yoga at the body pharmacy and receive dope, meth, hush and then after 5.00 we get our soapy massage with happy ending every day!”
How does he know everybody going to the gym is trying to get a girl or impress them? What if it’s that they want to make it to 50 without dying of a heart attack? You know, health?
First time on this channel and you are hilarious! Haha First guy "im toned" is reason i started go to the gym. I was skinny as him. Second guy... dude...stay in bed and sleep for copule of hours more and both you, your wife, your relationship and "body pharmacy" will be much better....
last time i checked,Toyota's where high in demand and ppl would put some AA turrets on top of them. McLaren are also nice but i wouldn't want to refinance my whole house just to keep up with the maintenance cost.
