You guys should try Medan Kitchen in Los Angeles. It is an authentic Indonesian restaurant own by a lovely 77 years old lady from Indonesia. Her restaurant is also feature in Eater channel not so long ago. If you come there, you should come early because she only cook a limited amount of food so if the food run out for the day, you should come again the next day.

I'm from Oregon (although I live far from Medford). I don't remember if I've eaten here or not, but if I ever come to Medford again, I want to check this place out. I will point out, it's common in Oregon Mexican restaurants to serve bean dip as an appetizer. There is a chain called los dos amigos that's really good.

My guess on the jalapeño poppers .. they chilled them in the fridge to let the cream cheese reset and then coated and fried them quick ☺️. Like fried ice cream kinda lol

I’m from Wisconsin and a lot of places have Jalapeño poppers and you can even buy them at the store. They usually come already made and frozen but they are so good!! You can even get them with cheddar cheese instead of cream cheese!

As a local Medford man. El Pairaso, Porter's, Jacksonville Inn, and Casa Amiga in Grant's Pass. Literally the best, BEST Carne Asada and Fish Tacos in the land.

We went there back in 2019, and the food plus service was horrible. We went twice, to give it a fair chance. They gave us warm cervezas. The chile rellenos were cold and no sauce. The frijoles tasted as if it had came from a can. Medford isn't all Causcaisans either, it is a bit of mix pot due to Ashland University.

If you’re ever in the east bay, you should try New Mecca they’re located in Pittsburgh CA! They serve bean dip with their chips ! I recommend their chile verde enchiladas.

Sun vista brand beans,empty justice out but save it, fry beans in oil or Monteca. Til crisp, smash beans then add juice bk in simmer with cheese stir the best next to homemade 😊

I love Mexican food this place reminds me of a restaurant here (Fredericksburg VA) called El Pino they are the only real deal Mexican food.

So the jalapeno peppers, and I could be wrong on this, but you had those when you did that video I think back in 2019 when you tried to see how much food you could get at the OC fair for $100. They were the bacon-wrapped ones with cream cheese. That is not my forte. I'll let the Taylor bros food pros enjoy those! :)

Ringside steakhouse in Portland on 23rd. It’s the best steak, Michael Jordan use to come there on away games, and when Clyde drexler played in Portland it was his usual spot.

If you like authentic Mexican food we have a Mexican restaurant in Port Angeles Washington that is to die for and they're called Sergio's in Port Angeles on the corner of 8th and Lincoln and their chili relleno is like the best are there beans and rice are so good and they give you chips and salsa when you walk in and it's very authentic everyone that works there is Mexican or Spanish
