Here is a step by step guide on how to field dress a deer. I had the opportunity to update our gutting video this fall when hunting with my good friend Alex who is an outdoor film maker. In this method I minimize size of the incision to reduce the exposure that the meat and cavity will have to foreign debris as I transport the deer back to the truck or camp. Hope you enjoy it.
