In this lone episode, Dino says "alright so" a lot. On his extreme pro drift 240sx, some exhaust headers/manifold are installed and wrapped with heat wrap to look extra cool and stop an exhaust leak. And a "cold air intake" is installed, to replace the ugly oem junk that caused vacuum leaks.

Yep, 2/2 long tube ebay headers have rubbed on the steering shaft. 2 different brands and styles too... And yeah there was a nasty exhaust leak where the egr port came out the stock exhaust manifold. So getting rid of that made it sound a lot better

Those bolts u installed on the transmission mount do nothing for your transmission they are for your exhaust

Which one? haha. I sold the granny 240sx because it was too stock and clean to drift. So I sold it and bought a better one to drift

How much header wrap you needed?

First you measure the diameter of your tubing, then calculate the circumference of it. Multiply that by the length and then multiply again by 2 for overlap. Repeat for any smaller subsections of the header and BOOM, you got your answer

how were you able to get the headers in around the steering rack? I'm trying to put mine in without having to remove it and its tough

We had to rotate it slightly, angle it more vertical, and closer to the fire wall and pushed it through. Pretty tough but we've done it twice with a 4-1 header as well, so it's possible

Tincan Tuners gotcha. I found out that the one I have doesn't fit. I got them for free so I'm just gonna put the stock one back on until I can pice together a turbo kit
