You have been very helpful i had the same issue where people say you epoxy it on but then not showing it at all and i have the magnets with the clips aswell and this video has been the biggest help my next problem is i will have to drill the rotor/brake disc in place as the bolts holding it on have been rounded and rusted in place 10/10 very helpful
Good question, with the other Ebay speedometer I fitted to the cx you have to enter the radius of the tyre and the amount of magnetic sensors you have fitted. It doesn't matter where the sensor is fitted, I'm going to see what happens when it's on road before I start to calibrate the settings I'll be doing a video of that soon cheers Alex
Hi sorry for the late reply, only the high beam light comes up can't say I noticed . These led displays are ok but when the sun is on the display it's hard to see anything if it's at the wrong angle I'll have a look to see why it's not lighting up
Hi. Good video. Ive just got one of those ebay speedo/odometers. Ive fittet the sensor and magnets perfect. But the speed function does not react when i spin the wheel or drive the bike. Ive tried to run the magnet over the sensor in any way possible but stil nothing... any ideas?
Have you tried opening the gap up, I fitted a different type to my other bike and had no reading until I fitted the fork shields and all of a sudden it started working must have been some sort of interference ? Sorry not much help
